1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or school-branded uniforms cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact our customer support at hello@schoolrush.in or call within the return window.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping & Processing
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 – 7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or product, we offer exchanges based on availability.
Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
If the desired exchange item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
- Product with any Manufacturing default or delivered damaged will be exchanged within 5-7 business days
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 15 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) is required for processing claims.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or school-specific uniforms.
Items worn, washed, or not in their original condition.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
